  Promises of glass of cava on arrival; not true, it appears to be hit and miss. Dining tables reserved for none existent groups. Dining tables cleared at 19:45 and nobody then allowed to use them. Coffee machine not working for 3-days. Have to pay for a glass water with evening meal even though food is unlimited! Air-con noisy, no instructions, and keeps going off. Supposed to be 4* but does not provide a 4* service. They need to get their act together. Despite the Thomson booking they still insisted on a printout of the hotel booking. This had never happened before with other Thompson bookings.

  Great hotel near the beach. There is great breakfast. Really close to the railway station.

  Surprised that we had a terrace with sun loungers and a bar which was excellent. Steps down to the pool area. And a view of the beach.
